Restoring Land.
Regenerating people.
A community-supported regenerative project in Somerset
dedicated to restoring land, producing nutrient-dense food
and building systems of resilience from the soil up.
Our Story
One Tree Farm was founded in 2023 by Billy and Alfie — with a vision to regenerate land, reconnect people with food, and build systems of resilience beyond the industrial norm.
Since then, the land has been transformed through the development of off-grid water systems, renewable energy infrastructure, and regenerative practices including no-dig market gardening, rotational grazing, and high-welfare animal systems.
The farm is now home to a diverse mix of pasture-based animals, vibrant gardens, wild foraging zones, and a growing community that shares its values and supports its mission.
Our Values
Our values guide everything we do at One Tree Farm:
Regeneration over extraction
We prioritize regenerative practices that restore the land and ecosystem, rather than depleting them.
Sovereignty over dependency
We empower communities to be self-sufficient and resilient, reducing reliance on external systems.
Stewardship over ownership
We see ourselves as caretakers of the land, acting for future generations rather than short-term gain.
What We Do

Supporting Regeneration from the Ground Up
One Tree Farm holds the land and infrastructure, providing the foundation for a growing ecosystem of regenerative action.
We support:
Sustainable food production systems

Ecological restoration and soil regeneration
Nature-connected educational experiences
The land is stewarded to model what's possible when agriculture aligns with the rhythms of the land.
